Have you ever heard of the freashmen 15?
Well I'm afraid of it.
I just lost most of my babyfat from growing up and I know I dont want to gain an extra pound.
What did you do about it if you gained wieght or didn't?
What should I do?
The freshamn 15 was a scary thought for me...but hell being in school at the wu, I have lost weight and i was a chunky monkey b4 but its all good now. But I also put time into the excersise room and stayed active. Walking to classes is a trip, but it got me into shape! Still working on the love handles but it takes time...any ideas on how to get em off fast??
Least ya'll got shuttles to take. Here at FAM its up and down the hill. And sometimes you dont even want to go to the caf. If you on a meal plan though and stay on campus over here you dont have no reason for the 15. Cuz I walk EVERYWHERE...to all my classes, to the caf, to the club, to the apt., to the store, to the bookstore...etc etc.

u know when u stretch from side 2 side with your arms out to your sides standing up? Do a set of 100 while holdin' 8-pound weights everymorning....u will have no love handles in a month(my only quick-fix remedy....u WILL b sore, but yo waist will look like Khiva's :wink: or mine :wink:
