Like what they do in Jamaica, they charge the factory workers like half their paycheck to eat lunch while at work. And if they want to keep their jobs, they HAVE TO BUY LUNCH AT WORK... and any other necessities they may have... or else they can't work there.
And the unemployment rate is so high no one can afford to give up there job.
BTW- In Chicago it costs more to buy a condo in the city, than it does in the suburbs!
