Ox Tails??
I remember a chick that I dated cooked me some Ox Tails..I was like
West Indian pepperpot with oxtails is exellent... also cook-up rice, potato salad, roti, rice and peas, **** chicken, curry chicken, beef, and goat etc.
Never had chittlins...they don't sound too appealing 2 me. I love Macaroni & Cheese, collard greens, cornbread...everything! Especially catfish. That's my fav. This food talk is makin me hungry...
