No thats different because that would be unlawful under the pretense of conspiracy(i think) or murdurous intent. The **** did their rally in a black part of town on purpose. They were trying to "peacefully" say that blacks are the cause of **** and murder in the country and by going INTO a black town to do their rally they were only proving their point when they were actually attacked by black folks. Whether "we" like it or not, they actually have a constitutional right to protest or whatever however, i believe that they should just be disbanded because their whole message is hatred towards minorities.

Except yelling fire in a theatre is illegal. So, when are you going to get smart? It doesn't matter if it was provoked, as long as they didn't break any laws. I don't care whether you, I or anyone else agrees with their actions. They are still illegal. You must not understand the judicial system, or anything for that matter.

another **** cuddling the balls of the neo nazis... :???: cuddle fish. i'm not saying what the did was illegal and they don't have the right to say what they want or to believe what they want... for them to be permitted to do it there, that's what i disagree with. AND OF COURSE EVERYBODY knows that the nazis weren't breaking any laws in their actions and that they were just excercising thier right to free speech...this does not need to be explained....what pisses me off is that alot of crackers (many cats in talk radio) out there are thinking that they are "schooling up" by bringing this up...WE ALL KNOW THAT! it's not like anybody's like "huh, they actually are withen the law by doing this?" WE KNOW THAT ALREADY! i'm **** that they were given protection by the toledo police dept to protest in a black neighborhood, and then all you crackers are backing these cats and going on that "it's free speech" kick... i know it is, but they're still in the wrong....and even though everything they did was legal, they still provoked that community... speaking of those cats, by destroying that nieghborhood, the balcks were trying to make several statements...they were upset about what took place (obviously) and that it ocurred in theier neighborhood, and they wanted the govt, & media to know that they were upset about it... they were saying this is what happens when you allow this to happpen... i think the govt shouldn't allow demonstartiosn like this if there's a chance that it could incite **** like the crap that occured in toledo... it should go under that whole "fire in a crowded theatre" clause... *bloop bloop bloop* cuddle cuddle cuddle

Be **** all you want. Fact is law is law. Blacks can protest in Beverly Hills, racist Whites can protest in a Black Community. Maybe we should take away the rights of those who protest George Bush on the front lawn of the White House. You don't think too hard about what you propose.
