BLACK people people of color period need to stop with that **** MENTALITY! for 400 years and counting we are still stuck on that BS some of us blacks and people of color need to understand it doesnt matter what shade we are. As a RACE whole we are the CREAM OF THE CROP! if we dark light or in between aint no othaz betta than a sista or a brotha of color u can say what u want I loove me a fyne man of color I want something with some pigmentation (white people being the only ones) I want a man of color aint nothing better to me. Darkskin sistahz making a comeback thats crazy but its ya opinion I PERSONALLY DONT SEE WHERE THEY WENT NOR CARAMEL LIKE ME OR LIGHTER. Black women have forever been in style no matter what shade. I love em dark burnt to a crisp or light like peaches as long as hes a man of color its all good to me. Its crazy cuz I dont understand why THESE LOST MINDED FOOLZ! (mind thoughts stil lstuck in 1800's) think that because a person is dark its like a disease or a handicapp. NOT even shoot sometime I wish I was alittle darker sometimes but I mhappy with who I am I know that I am black and beautiful and if I was dark or lighter or albino I would still love me. Its like what that girl had said about self love first forreal Black men and black women as a race is beautiful dont nothing grab attention in a room like us WE JUST THAT ILL! Im like nasty Nas on illmatic track 9 I represent represent VA all day!! IM BLACK even with a CARAMEL complexion look into the mirror its MARVIN MALCOLM AND MARTINS REFELCTION IM BLACK IM BEAUTIFUL I LOVE MYSELF STYLES P WOULD A DAY BE A DAY LIKE TODAY IF THERE WAS NO TOMORROW? http://www.xanga.com/poetikbuty_nva

You sure do have a wild imagination. Cause I don't think I mentioned anything about you wanting me. You may want to start reading posts the way they are written and not in a way that will spark controversy. You seem as if you are trying to finish something that was never started. Do me a favor and grow up please....no one likes a immature man.
i hate you! i don't care if you get a whole bunch of your male friends to beat me up! want the address?? 1-2-3 Asskick Street! i hate this website!

Next thing you guys will be saying jewelry and fashion were never in style..(which is also another result of slavery)...anywho..I like brownskin and lighter.......I've dated darkskin before, but I never saw myself marrying one..
THE FUNNY THING IS THE WAY YOU MAKE IT SOUND LIKE THEY'RE ANOTHER RACE OF THIER OWN  . QUESTION: HAVE BLACK PEOPLE OFFICIALLY BEEN BRAINWASHED? ANSWER: I'D SAY SO :smt045 .
YES SIR PREACH IT GIRLIE THEY HAVE BEEN BRAINWASHED CJ DOES HAVE A POINT ABOUT SLAVERY THOUGH HE AINT NEVER LIED ON THAT ONE ITS CRAZY WE ARE TAUGHT TO HATE OURSELVES AND EACH OTHER TO BRING EACH OTHER DOWN AND OURSELVEs. I think it depends on location...region...whatever...Because back home (Michigan)...dark skinned **** didn't get much play...I'm a **** of that...Soon as I stepped down south (Alabama, Georgia)...I have people telling me what they think of me...and it's positive..So, I think it's basically where you from...My perosnal opinion is that people from the West Coast are more open to different shades of color and race.

I donno....I kinda think the East is more open, and the south might be too. L.A. kids are brainwashed with the colorism, even though most are able to grow out of it. The light skinned kids get waaaaaaay more attention, and every once in a while, you might hear somebody say "I only talk to/date light skinned men/women" but it's not too often. Overall, adults usually are open to whatever complexion, but it doesn't happen until they get older. I used to get clowned for bein too dark, and I reaaaally thought I was dark until I got to the south.

We (as a whole) have been brainwashed. Since when has the color of your skin been a style? Trust me, I understand having your preferences, but dag.
