Are there any AKA's here Posted on 05-26-2004

lincoln univ, PA
Hello my name is Pink and I wanted to know what to do if there arent any aka's at your school. Well I attend Lincoln Univ in Pennslyvania and the chapter here is the Epsilon Nu chapter but all the aka's graduated and there are alot of educated females interested in this organization that started all the other ones so what should me and the other female students do to get them back. All we need is a graduate chapter.

^^^ This may have already been stated...but did you try contacting the grad chapter yourself. Its always best to acquire information "straight from the horses mouth".

Sweetie, let's try this one more time, grad might be the way you have to go. Seriously. Things aren't looking promising and you've done all you can to find out the 411. As previously stated, talk to the grad chapter and see what they're doing. If not, save up your dinero for grad... 8)

I'm sorry to read about your misfortunes on the campus of Lincoln University. I attend a different HBCU but y older sister crossed at Lincoln. I will ask her if there is anything you can do as far as reaching a grad chapter if the problem still exists. I noticed the posts were made in June. Has anything changed since then?

Well best of luck, I understand how important that can be to someone who is into greek life. Though I did ask my sister and she was not aware of a grad chapter.

MOST DEFINATELY! I'm not sure if they'll be able to do anything and if they are how quickly it can be done but definately speak to them. Let them know why you want the chapter back and what you hope to achieve with it this year, and they should be willing to listen. Make sure you ask them what steps you can take to help bring it back instead of making it seem like you want them to do all the work. Good Luck. Keep me posted!
