GOVERNMENT ASSISTANT SHOULD BE SET UP FOR WOMEN/MEN WHO WORK AND TRY TO MAKE A DECENT LIVING FOR THEIR FAMILY, NOT FOR THESE WOMEN WHO SIT ON THEIR **** OR WORK A 10 HOUR A WEEK JOB, KNOWING THEY ARE CAPABLE OF GETTING UP OFF THEIR **** AND GETTING A JOB. THEY WAIT BY THE MAILBOX ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH WAITING ON THOSE CHECKS AND FOODSTAMPS. SHOOT, I CAN'T EVEN GET COORDINATED CHILD CARE (A PROGRAM WHERE THE GOV. PAY THE MAJORITY OF YOUR CHILD CARE EXPENSES AND U MAY ONLY HAVE TO COME OUT OF THE POCKET WITH 10 MAYBE 20, SOMETIMES U DON'T HAVE TO PAY) AND I PAY $110.00 A WEEK. BUT WHAT ABOUT THESE HOUSING PROGRAMS. I HATE THAT. THESE WOMEN GET TO LIVE RENT FREE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A TRILLION KIDS AND DON'T WANT TO WORK.

~ If Hilary Clinton were to run for President (look out in 2008 :wink: ) I don't think she would do any better than the rich white men we have had so far, but she might have my vote (if there are no better candidates) simply because she's a woman.
~ Christianty (like most of the major world religions) has so many contradictions it's hard to see how some people can faithfully follow it
~ I think Rumsfeld is a scapegoat....it's no secret that POWs are tortured. Besides, they didn't catch him on tape torturing the Iraqi prisoners.......what disciplanary actions are being taken for the soldiers they caught on tape?
~ It bothers me that some people always need something to believe in or someone else to follow.....sometimes I think it blinds them to some realities

As far as them being rich men...it makes since. Before being president usually folks have been some type of lawyer, politician, or business man. Besides you need hook ups for campaigning...a poor person will never be president...I'll bank on that.
