I like to write a lot. Lately its been the best thing for me. I used to write a yr ago and i stoped and when i was down south this summer,it helped me start writing again. I also enjoy listening to music to relax.
for me its like takin a hot bubble bath and listenin to my amerie cd on # 4 and talking to my boyfriend he relaxs me like after a hectic day at work or after basketball practice i jus pick up the phone and call him or he calls me and we talk for hours and he relieves my stress!! ! oh yea and talkin to nick's crazy **** (demmeri)
ah phat J of that grinch, some henny and alize, bubble bath..with some slow music playing... and a good **** book to read....shopping also relives a lot of stress for me...

yeeea that sounds like 97.1 in Greensboro, NC......4 the most part, my stereo STAYS on 97.1 - they be takin' you back, but not too far back......OUR old skool.....

i usually write, freestyle, sing some gospel song, run(especially at night), or just call someone really special that i know would be willing to listen and help me relax or get my mind off of w/e is bothering me
its wierd. i knew how to play other instruments when i started the trombone. but when i started to play the tromone, i found my place in the world. even though the only performance i'll have by myself is the annual solo and ensemble festival at my school, i feel like i'm by myself everytime. there is no troubles or worries when i'm with my bone. it's just me and her. my only job when i play is to play my best and turn it out with my bandmates. i also like to unwind spending time with my sister. she makes me laff
