i stay busy I try to work out every morning b4 work but sometimes a sists just don't get up I run sprints and try to do at least a mile a day. Plus i love to swim Weights just ain't for me and niether is surgery I can't see how some people can get so big as to have surgery> If you don't have any medical problems then you can lose the weight naturally.

I got a memebership to World's Gym and i work out with my trainer i do an hour's worth of total body training every other day (30 min. arms & 30 min. legs). I go to the gym everyday to ride the training bike and i put it on the hardest program (it includes 1 tall hill followed by a brief plateau back to another tall hill and back down) that workout takes about 20 minutes. Then i run my 3 miles a day on this back dirt rode behind my house followed by 200 sit ups and 200 push- ups. For cardio i shadow box with 1 lb gloves on the days that i don't do my total body workout. After each workout i drink a protein shake. ("Isopure" for peepz that wanted to know) Sounds easy right And as far as surgery i don't think its a cop out because for a lot of folks that is the only way that can help them. Once you get a certain size movement becomes harder and exercise is out of the question. Some times medium and skinny built people take their body size for granted. I know many people including myself would look at people like that and be like why the he77 don't they jus get off their **** and do something. Now people that allow themselves to get huge just because they have nothing else to do, i honestly don't personally care for them but people that have medical conditions i can understand why they need surgery and i don't see it as a cop out i see it as a plus because they are admiting that they have a problem and they are willing to fix it.

I keep in shape by being an Hamptonian. Because I can't have a car, I basically walk all the time. I lost like 20 pounds since being in college.
Yep, i know that's right! I'd say a good mix of starvation and transportation deprivation does the trick for me. Being at Howard and dealing with those hills (they don't call it the "hilltop" for nothin) & being too busy or too sickened by the cafeteria food, pretty much had me LOSING the "freshman" 15, instead of gaining it. Yall really inspire me tho, so i'm really gonna try to get in better shape. I guess me and Billy Blanks will be reuniting again  .
