Who's the best CIAA school in the conference?

Without a doubt we all know that no one in the CIAA can touch Virginia Union University. Yeah, we may have a small school and the campus is little but on the field and on the court we can not be touch. If we just rewind the time back to late February we can recapture the moment with Virginia Union University Panthers won the CIAA Tournament for the year of 2003-2004 year. Then this year our football team has all new coaches who are on fire and ready to play some football. We as a school are ready for out football team to kick some ****. Then our basketball team with take the title again for two years in the row. So let someone else try to say there is a better CIAA team out there if so Union will beat them and then they will shut up.
Who is going to the B-Ball Tournament in 2005??...U know they already got a coutdown to tip off?? www.ciaa2005.com ...lol thats how you KNOW ciaa basketball is serious :lol: Football season didn't even get a fresh start yet
....But yeah i'm trying to see a tourney or two before i graduate

The CIAA Tournament is amazing. It will make you proud to be black, and to be an HBCU student.
Now if only we could get us one of them there titles under our belts.

The CIAA Tournament is no joke. Most people I don't think or could quite understand the feeling of the tournament besides the fact that the CIAA conference is the oldest HBCU conference. That means the schools in the conference must be the best especially VUU.

CIAA Champions, 2 years running
Band: VSU
Basketball: Everyone has their weaknesses and strengths.........
Overall: Depends!!!

Man our mens and womens teams just put a whupping on St. Pauls 94 - 37 and 94 - 44 respectively.
