Now that I'm finally off-campus and out of my momma's house I decided that I need to learn how to cook! Damnit! Hell, I'll save a hell of alot more money by cooking than by buying fast food everyday.
Chicken Fettuchini(sp) Alfredo w/ Garlic Bread
Pretty damn good if I do say so myself!!!
Lemme think...
1) Tettrazini (not that crap you get at school, the real thing)
2) Steak, Chicken in any way
3) Baked Potato (dont be funny, I can make your baked potato look like its **** off the plate)
4) Working on perfecting my Gumbo and Shrimp Creole
5) Any other kind of pasta
6) Everyone should know how to do a burger, but I like to use the ground meat and freestyle dishes...using different pasta pieces, its easy to stuff certain pastas with meat or cook around them with either alfredo or marinera sauce...not to mention some other spicy asian sauces I sometimes add.
7) Rice balls - now, dont make fun of me for this but sometimes when I cook rice balls I like to do funky things with them...they can be for dessert or main meals because they can have slivers of chicken stuck inside or can have a sweet creame or paste that give it a dessert taste.
Plus I bake...
General cake, Apple Crisp, Any type of Brownie, Cookie or Muffin, Strawberry Crisp (MUCH better than the apple crisp, but the Apple crisp can be combined with carmel which gives it a carmel apple taste which is hard to beat...then again, creames go well with Strawberries so *shrug*)

I know how to make apple pie, and cinnamon rolls... dont know how to make cheescake though... :?
Oh, cheesecake is simple. Well...it's depends on what kind u are making. Some require heat, and some don't. I'm not a big cheesecake fan myself, but if it's on point...lawdhamercy...it can drive a female crazy.

Wow. U sound like chef-boy-ardee. You're gonna make some female a happy woman some day :wink: .
And i sure hope that all of u bakers are making your doughs from scratch. There's nothin like the real thing :wink:
