I've heard from many people that the men at Morehouse are arrogant, or even elitist. Do the faculty ingrain that in the students, or are the majority of their students arrogant to begin with?

Morehosue doesn't "create" anyone's persona. All it does it amplify what was already there. It's just like when you join a fraternity. If you were LAME before you crossed over, you'll be LAME after you crossed over, 'cept you'll have a jacket and maybe a cane to supplicate to your LAMENESS.
