I know they are a lot of hair post but think about it, hair Is an important issue to Black women. But my question is, how often do you wash you hair? This has been a controversial subject for us Black women for many years but how often do you truly feel we as as sistas should wash our hair.
My mom use to say "Stop, washing you hair so damn much, you ain't White!" HEaven knows I don't want to be white but I just couldn't stand my hair to be dirty.
Now I know it is out of the question to wash it everyday, unless you got that "other" kinda hair. But I feel the need to wash mine every week. I hate when my hair starts to overly smell like hair products and feels heavy.
Any imput sistas.
How can yall wash yall hair everyday? Yall hair don't get dry? Isn't that unhealthy for the hair? Ion know so i'm just asking
from what my hair dresser has told me african amercian women should not wash our hair everyday. white girls do it because their hair get grease and dirty and nasty ours doesn't. we need the **** in our hair to make it grow and be healthly and strong. Me personaly i was my hair about every 2 weeks. i like the way it works when it is semi dirt semi clean. it curls right lays right and thats alright with me! But i gues it is whatever floats your boat!!
