I was in American Govt. one day and we were discussing how the government desegregated schools particularly in Alabama and how hard it was to do because of the resistance of the white people who lived there at the time. This white girl gone raise her hand and say that she doesn't think it was right for the govt to desegregate schools because it was not like the white people hated blacks back then they just wanted to be with people of their own kind.

It didn't matter. Most people voted for kerry a)he was democrat b) they just wanted Bush out of office. But Kerry had to **** up a lot of his votes simply because he lied about the quality of his service in Vietnam. All Edwards needed to do was be there and he could have won. Kerry was just a horrible candidate.
