You can't make a blanket condemnation of an entire religious group, because of the actions of a few. That's just straight wrong. I mean I don't think there's anybody on this board that wasn't affected by 9-11. But that was the actions of a few. Even if 1 million of the world's Muslims were in on 9-11, that would still only be about 1/2 of a percent of the entire religious group (there are almost 1.5 billion Muslims in the world). So I'm not gonna judge anybody.
I mean, every religion has had it's group of people that do **** things. It was Jewish people at one point that persecuted and betrayed Jesus and his disciples. lol, and I know you don't think Christianity has had it's own issues. It was white Christians that enslaved Africans and wiped out the Native Americans. The Ku Klux **** and a whole bunch of other racist organizations claim they're based on "Christian principles". So like the guy before me sad, every religion has its bad apples.
And even if you hate Islam with every fiber in your being, you have no right to pass judgement on it, especially as a Christian. Here are some scriptures for you, and to make it easy, I'll even get them from the New Testament:
"Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." - Luke 6:36-38:NIV
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?." - Matthew 7:13 :NIV
