I don't **** with payless because I've been traumatized by their shoes. Cheap means poor quality to me, but I am a bargain hunter. I love Target and Marshall's, and look for sales as often as I can, especially in department stores (especially Macy's), but every now and then, if I want to splurge on something, I just go ahead and do it if I'm in the financial position to do so. However, you will never ever catch me spending my whole 500 dollar paycheck on a purse and then be broke. I see so many people do that, and it's really sad. How you gonna have a 500 dollar purse with only 5 dollars in it?

lol. I am a shrewd shopper. I like going to boutiques and underground places where I can get unique, high quality, but cheap stuff. One girl's baby daddy's sister in law (I know it sounds ghetto) sells stuff out of her basement. I have no I dea where she get her things. (Don't ask don't tell) Iget good prices on stuff their. I got Air Forces for $30 dollars and I just bought a Fendi wallet for $27. (I checked its all real) so I'm cheap for high quality.
