I'm watching 20/20 and why did this dad have his son lifting weights at 3? And he's more built then most dudes i know, he has a body like a body builder...it looks disgusting (he's older now)

Yall! I had a bad experience the other day...I almost got hit by lightening!
Yes I was standing in front of the kitchen window for like 2 seconds then i moved just a little bit to get something out of the cabinet. Next thing I know a streak of lightening came through the window in the exact spot I had just moved from
