Even though this is an OLD thread, I wanted 2 give my input. I would have to say that the thing that worries me the most about going to college is meeting new friends. I am usually quiet until I get used 2 people, so that kinda makes it harder 2 make friends. :?

friends, security of my things, and being home sick
Paying for school is my biggest concern. My parents refuse to take out any loans so it's up to me to get this scholarship money so I won't be in paying debt off debt til the day I die. I was a little concerned about friends, but I feel like that won't be a problem b/c all the other freshman are going to be just as lost as I am, so we can all be lost together
