Do you know anybody that talked all the time about pledging a particular organization, (ie: talked to members, went to workshops, & interest meetings) but then, were NOT accepted.....so they pledged the next best thing?? I know this girl that talked ALL THE TIME about becoming an AKA. she went to ALL the events they put on and went to 2 interest meetings. By the time she was ready to pledge the chapter had already put 2gether an underground line, and they were due to probate shortly. She knew they only had lines once every 1 or 2 years, so she started looking for other options. To make a long story short, she went to whoever was likely to put her on. she found the Zetas. now she represents Zeta like nobodys business!! party hops, nalia, etc!! Do yawl know anybody like that, and if so, how are they perceived by the people that KNOW tha real deal??

Dang, why did this just happen to me? I am a NEO. I didn't pick my linesisters or have any input about wh made line with me. Why are there a couple of disgruntled chicks who didn't get picked for my line saying that they are all gonna pledge S G Rho and make them better than us? They said that they are gonna put S G Rho on the map. First of all, S G Rho is already on the map. Numbers aren't the sole qualifier for an organization. Secondly, what happened to trying again? If you don't make line one year, there's no shame or foul in trying again. Don't make ig'nant statements like that. Dang!

^^^Lol.. SGRhos are on the map.... It's sad when people be forgetting that the D9 has 9 organizations in it... Those people that you just mentioned were in it just because they wanted to be in a sorority... DST wasn't in their heart, and if they were so easily turned, then its probably best for y'all and them that they weren't accepted....

 Good Points, i can tell u pledged Delta for the right reasons. I have a friend like that who wants to do Delta who is very smart and really cool. She was tellin me that numbers dont matter to her either and that she wanted to do Delta from day one and if there were 3 on the yard, she'd still pledge Delta and she gets my support all the way and when she makes it b/c i have a strong sense that she will, imma have her Crimson n Creme Balloons and gifts with my Royal Blue and White on

Don't say that about XYZ :o . Two wishy washy dudes don't make their organization. Just because they have those two doesn't make them the default org for the rejects. All of our orgs have people in them who were interested in other orgs before. There was a line at my school with 5 girls on it for another sorority, and ALL five were Delta rejects. We laughed amongst ourselves about it, but we didn't openly trip, because they didn't diss Delta in their probate. So we showed them love and even showered them with gifts. However, there was another org with about 20 Delta rejects on their last line, and we clowned them. They had the nerve to say crazy mess about Delta in their probate, so we called them out during their probate. My prophytes were saying, "We don't allow trash on Delta street," every time one of the rejects came forth to introduce themselves. It was hilarious. But in all seriousness, I don't agree with people changing their minds. I have always known what I wanted to do, and I am very proud of that fact. So, it really bugs me to see people who didn't have their org in their hearts from the start.
