I got my assignment and I'm in a triple in Crandall Hall. I don't know if I wanna call and get moved to the Annex, cause I keep hearing about missing out on the whole experience thing. What should I do...stay in Crandall or get moved to the Annex? To those who have already experienced the Quad, how is the whole community bathroom thing?
Patience I say move to the quad if you can I heard that's where everything goes down. But I finally got my assignment I'm Drew Doublw regular (NO AC :cry: ) but I already knew that. I'm glad they sent the roomate forms I was wonderin when they was going to do that. Oh yea to the current students did you guys buy the sheets they had and rent the microfridge?
I am a bit confused at the moment!! Okay so on Bisonweb it says my name/female and then it says new entrant and that my status is complete but then it says deposit not paid and nothing else. By deposit is that the $50 or something else?? Is there another place I should be looking for my actual room assignment or what???
Your housing deposit should be up in a day or so because it didn't say anything when I first checked it on Bison Web. And the deposit isn't the $50 application fee, it is the $200 fee for your room. Staus complete means that you paid your application fee.

Stay in the Quad...I beg you. I know a girl who moved from the Annex to the Quad because she didn't like missing the experence. Alot of the girls in the Annex miss out on things because they don't come out much. The Annex has a cafe and a lil convience store so they don't have to leave much except for class of course. There is nothing like being in the Quad getting the "real" fresman experience. Don't get me wrong, some things you might dislike such as some the the RA's but overall you won't regret staying in the Quad. And for the bathrooms...there are about 5 or 6 showers, toilets, and sinks. There are 2 bathroms on each floor. The showers do have doors and shower curtains so noboby will see you.
