ok... y'all quit typing for 10 seconds :x 1. desertswarm19: AKAtude was probably referring to the posts that ChangePlease used to make like "lol  they think I'm a woman", "hehehe they don't know what my gender is", et cetera... that's all 2. Change: nobody said they thought desertswarm19 was typing feminine, so don't twist the words as usual. personally, I figured he was a man all along, but I can kiiinda see where the "mad black woman" notion would come from. hell, look at the other thread that's currently active: "obnoxiously ranting black girl." I dunno, maybe they confused the threads/posters. this kind of thing happens on message boards all the time. no need to get all belligerent or make this bigger than mistaken identity.

There is one, CHange.. I'll be honest... The hazing law is so harsh that simple things are considered, "hazing". What made greekdom popular back in the day is now banned. For instance, pledging your line in a public setting. Having them do simple things like not walking on the grass, not talking to girls or guys, and not drinking or eating sweets can now get your chapter into trouble. Personally, I feel as if a lot of the sh*t thats going on now is uncalled for. Some guys itch to give their pledgees wood/bodily harm. For no reason at all..I guess it relieves stress, makes them feel like they have power etc.. Now, I'm not talking about my org but others... Besides, Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc. is a non-hazing frat...

but i do not understand the reasoning for any kind of that whether it be simple or hardcore what's the point of telling the boys to not walk on grass? what? what does that measure? it seems very pointless and yes the beating does seem like it just makes them feel in control
