no ya cant, the rules are ya gotta be a current HU student or class of 04....just because youre not sure if youre going or gonna be accepted cause things could change in a year and it just has to be a forum for definite howard students not a prospects type thing.....sorry ...but when ya get your acceptance letter and pay your fee holla at me
