i have tons of questions lol....lets say my transcript isnt all that great (3.0 w/ 2 failed classes:glare but i do have amazing recommendations and essay writing skills, so so ACT score (21 i took it in '06, i plan to take it again) and i was chosen to visit SC on an all expense paid trip to ATL b/c of my character, honestly prior to visiting the campus i wasnt really familar with SC now, im in love with it.........i really would like to know my chances

Spelman appreciates students who are proactive learners. You should def take the ACT again b/c you've learned a lot since 2006. The next date to take the ACT is October 25 and you have to register by September 22. Spelman is built on the ideas of sisterhood and service, so its good to display those characteristics in your essay. Spelman evaluates each student hollistically, and does not make judgements solely based on grades or standardized test scores. Are you applying Early Decision or Early Action? If so, you'll be notified of their decision by December 31st.

You actually cant choose what score you want to send to them. if you take the act 3 times and only send one set of scores they will see ALL of your scores. It iis like this for every school.
