Ghetto Baby Name of the Day! Posted on 01-27-2004

Rubberband Man
Washington, DC
I remember 97.5 in Atlanta used to do this a long time ago so I thought i'd try it. Everyone add a name to the list. I'll start. Lemonjello.....I swear to God that my brother had a friend with this ghetto @$$ name. And to make matters worse.....He had a brother named Orangello!!!

A few years ago, I knew this girl named Cha'vodka, and she would always say she liked her name. I'm being for real.

Johnika, Jamiquita, (These two are actual names of girls I know) Any girl with a car name is ghetto. Any name that begins with La is ghetto. (Which means my name is ghetto, LaMikquel) It won't ever stop, it's like we as a people compete to name our children the craziest names.

I worked in schools and daycares so I came across some "special" names: Leaky...last name Faucet Sweet Peaches (first name) Heavens Black Angel (first name) Veonquonette Johnquoll Johntavious Johnisha Johnquita Abcd (pronounced Ab-sa-dee) Braquetta Terondric (wasnt sure of Terron or Cedric was the babiesdaddy) Waltavia (Daddy=Walter, Granny=Octavia) Zavielle (Zay-V-Yell) and Zaviante (Zay-V-Onte) and so on and so forth. I know most of the kids I dealt with came from crack heads and the such but DAM. Dont do them like that
