200 sit ups. 100 push ups. I have a pull up bar that does nicely for my biceps. 50 of those. And other miscellaneous excersizes I throw in there. LoL, no I dont do them all at once, I just make sure I do that amount every day, however I can. Then drink alot of water and eat alot of banannas. Thanks, I made it myself...everything but the fat...

Rice balls with yakitori (barbecue chicken marinated in sweet soy sauce) and then end it all with kaki goori (Shaved ice with some strange syrup..it tastes really good with Strawberry syrup types). Other than than, Raamen (a big **** bowl of noodles almost italian style with lots of different flavors). What about you?

You silly. I love stir fry and General Tsos Chicken. My great-godfather is half haitian and chinese so he showed me when I was young how to throw down.
