What, if any information does anyone have about the Masons. I have done my research and everything seems cool, but I just need that reassurance from a group of people. So if you know anything please let me know. :?:

Thats not true...I know many Masons and OES's...and I'm gonna be going through the process to become an OES this fall....and I am coming thru a friend of mine who is OES....There is no Mason's or Eastern Star's in my family, so I have no choice but come thru a star that I know. It use to be like that back in the day...Where you could only come thru by family, but that has changed...
I'm glad to be back. Had to dedicate most of my time for a while towards finishing my degree and working, but now I am blessed enough to have both diploma and a little time to spare.

My mom was an Eastern Star...don't know why she stopped, but I'll ask her. She said she learned alot of etiquette type stuff like you should wear white under white <---- I completely disagree about that by the way. My granddaddy was a Mason so I'm guessing that's why she got involved.
