Since there's been mad posts about what first attracts you to a dude, let's flip it around... instead of what first gets your attention, what keeps it? Once you meet a guy, what lets you know he's someone you would want to get to know more about?
And the other way around - what would immediately turn you off?

Usually, after meeting a guy...I have nothing to go off besides conversation and common interest.If he appears to be a nice guy with a sincere heart and right intentions,I would definitely want to find out more.
Turn Offs :arrow: Disrespect ,too aggressive,Pick up lines,materialistic and many more.
keep my attention: intelligence and humor, independence
lose my interest: arrogance, trifflin', moocher (I'll hold my own if you hold yours), too much of a momma's boy
Keeps my attention: as long as he can keep me laughing, respects me, knows how to have an intellectual conversation, and most importantly...he needs to understand me. If he has those simple qualities then he's a keeper.
Loses my interest: Has no goals for the future, close minded, negatively influenced by others and cant think for himself, doesnt respect my opinions, always has to be right...I cant stand a dude who is too arrogant and egotistical to admit when he is wrong.
Keep my Attention: when his breath smells good, sense of humor(this is a must) intelligent, must have goals and doing something with himself, treats his momma with the upmost respect, can listen, compassionate.
Loses my Attention: always in the mirror, stank breath, not intelligent, loser, disrespects his mother, corny, hoe, smokes or drinks too much. always thinks he is right
keeps--good personality, not fat, gives a challenge(like if he's an opinionated asshole that means he has "spirit" lol), taller than me, std free, non alcoholic/drug free, has a great wink(dont know why I like that ), great smile, good sense of humor, likes pratical jokes, un-corny, original/intelligent, hates frats or other "we are together and we are as one" type organizations, a social and/or political outcast, dreads or fro, musical and can play the heck outta guitar, and slightly sarcastic about life and just doesnt give a da*n
gone--bad personality, fat, sloppy, too nice(if i can argue you down, its over... youre **** to me :? ), meek or shy terrified guys, lazy, spoiled, shorter than me or my height, addicted to some type of substance legal or illegal, momma's or daddy's boy, in a frat--i just have a personal thing dont mind me :? , unoriginal, corny, not musical at all--like no sense of rhythm
the thing that keeps me interested is the personality if the guy i'm talkin to is down to earth and is being real about who he is then that's what keeps me wantin to get to know him more....and the same thing goes for a turn off if he comes off cocky or a smart **** then i'm leavin him alone....the only time that i will even consider talkin to someone like that is if there up front and like this is who i am so u dont' think i'm bein fake when i really start actin like a ****....but most of the time i go for the guys with the nice personality....
