So...
I'll be attending Howard University this fall, and although I am not new to "college," this will be my 1st time so far away from home.
I'm anxious, yet SO nervous, it sometimes makes me sick.
I know that getting out there, and adjusting is half the battle... just scared that, maybe it'll be so much of a culture shock, I won't.
Where are my Bison alumni?...
Can u give me any advice, or a story on how u dealt with the change, if any?

There is absolutely nothing to worry about. Many people come to Howard University from as far away as California, Jamaica and Africa and adjust just fine!
