I think it shows responsibility if both sides have it. The guy definitely should have one on him if he intends to use it. As for the female, if she knows its going to go down, it wouldn't hurt to have her own supply. It doesn't mean shes a ho for having them. It shows that she knows her own life is worth something. I think a woman should have respect for herself and value her life.
