The Quiet Resolution (TQR) Posted on 10-02-2007

Charles E. Campbell TQR
Reynoldsburg, OH
Greeting My Brothers and Sisters: My name is Charles E. Campbell. I am a graduate of Jackson State University Class of 1990 and The Ohio State University Class of 1992. I am sadden and extremely tired of the suffering of Black Afrikan American People. My God has allowed me to break the Mis-Education and Psychological Programming that keeps most Black People asleep, only to be awaken when a situation occurs like the one in New Orleans, LA (**** Katrina) or Jena, LA (Jena 6). I have written A National Black Empowerment Plan called The Quiet Resolution (TQR) that is about Black Love and Black Empowerment in the areas of Economics, Education, Security, Politics, Law, Research, Health and Social/Community. Most Black Leaders are afraid to acknowledge it or provide any feedback and I understand why. They are elected Black Leaders and have No Plan for improving the conditions of Black People. Most Black People will never demand a plan from them because of their mis-education, pschological and religious programming. Therefore, I am attempting to get Black College Students to read TQR and provide me with feedback. You are Best and Brightest and the future leaders of our Race, if you refuse your programming and embrace a Black Consciousness. You can read The Quiet Resolution on my Blog at The Quiet Resolution (TQR) Black Empowerment or request a MS Word Copy be emailed to you wbsbpd88@hotmail.com There is a role for TQR for every Black Person. TQR is about our collective ownership and competing in business and industry and build a future for ourselves and our future generations. I ask that you read it, share with your classmates, professors, family members, college administrators, religious leaders and politicians. Please contact me if you have specific questions and feedback to improve the plan. I have no wish to personally profit from TQR. It was my gift from my God (Amen Ra) to my people. The Application of Knowledge is Power! Respect! One Love, One People, One Goal: Black Empowerment Charles E. Campbell, LSW, MSW President & CEO Worldwide Business Solutions, Inc.

Yeah. I guess I'm going to need a full copy because I don't like reading it in sections like that.
