Where is you school going for your senior trip? I don't know where my official class trip is to, but since the sponsors and class officers are white and not open to much outside input, we (by we I mean the black seniors) are planning our own trip to Cancun.
We ain't got no official school trip, but the seniors we are going to Ohio to some resort for a whole week. We wanted to go on a cruise for a week but you have to have a passport for that one and everybody not going to be 18 (including me) so that was out the picture as well as Cancun.
I do NOT even know if we are having a trip,but the girl who is suppose to be our class president ( :cry: :roll: ) wants to go to Chicago.Considering that we live in St.Louis...that is a hop skip and a jump away.It is crazy,because if we get a senior trip,we will be the first class to have a trip in a looooooooooooong time and all she wants to do is go to Chicago.Some class trip,huh?
We are going to Cancun by plane and the agency that we are booking our trip with said that the only thing we need are valid state IDs and valid birth certificates. I don't know about Chicago, but I have never heard anything like that before about any school in Georgia, which is where I'm from.
Since my school has all white Seniors as President, VP, and so on they are talking about going to Texas, but all the black people are like what is in Texas that is so fun besides Six Flags which we in go to in the ATL. By the way Precious411 What part of GA are you from?
