I have nothin but spare time so I checked out the songs....Well I was pretty surprised...I could tell Will Downing was an older cat and I'm 17 so I didn't really figure I would like the songs --but I did... I especially liked the rhythm to Crazy Love.. Then I was feeling the redo of the Luther song (yea I know my oldies ...Will's voice was real smooth on that one..didn't sound like he was tryin too hard at all..it sounded like he sang a few of the parts a lil differently than Luther had but I still liked it..Next...I LOVED A Million Ways.. I was feelin the beat and felt myself rockin from the first few verses...And I loved the lyrics...That was def my FAV SONG..I listened to it three times b4 I went to the next one....Actually I was about to get it illegally..but then i figured whoever you are..you mite not like that....Lastly...Falling In Love?? hmmm....def wasn't my fav...honestly I didn't like it too much..the beat was cool too and he sounded good singing it just wasn't as catchy or appealing to me as the others had been..Sounded like that song was more geared towards the 30+ crowd..although I liked the ending when he hit some notes and was jus singing simple melodies...
Overalll...I really liked the fact that Will's sound wasn't too hip hop but it also wasn't all old manish(not a word but hey) either. The beats were catchy and the lyrics were romantic but not cliche and cheesy...I'm pleasantly surprised..I'm gonna have to check him out....Hope that helped
