Much as I love the South.....the North got this. C'mon Jada, Banks, Styles, and Buddens would shut it down. Then they got Nas, 50, **** and Red, no way the North would take this.
I would say the south right now. I go to school in the south and I have yet to go to a club that aint crunk, even on a weekday! I was born/raised on the west, been up north (Jersey/NYC) nothing compares to the south, they keep it seriously CRUNK! The clubs do not close down there! LOL! Musically the south is reppin hard too. They stay coming with something DIFFERENT and ORIGINAL, can't say the same for the north *right now* though. No harm, the north has already built a legacy, but I am digging the south real hard.

In a freestyle and lyrically, yeah I am with you. But production wise, and as far as originality, who keeps the folks dancing- it's the south hands down.
I got to go with the Southside. The beat and the lyrics are on point. I like some East coast music like Cassidy, Jadakiss, & Jay-Z and others but southern hip-hop just on another level.
Southside rappers just don't give a f*** and I like that.
