Mr. Newsome is hilarious. I had a good chat with him when I went up to D.C. in November. He and Mr. Washington were really pushing me to send in a tape of me playing b/c they said I could get a decent amount of money if I played in concert band since I want to pursue dancing. I'm still thinking about it, and now it seems like the wise thing to do.

If I were you, I would do whatever I can to get the most money. If you get a band scholarship plus another one from the University then you should be set. AND if you decided to run track you might get a lil piece of change from that too.
Yea, I hear ya T. But I'm not sure about the track thing. If I weren't so lazy then maybe I'd consider it but as of now I just want to see how much money I can scrounge up without having to move these legs.

There are always events on Friday night in Atlanta. The Velvet Room is nice; I had an okay time but the bouncers were rude. I've never been to Verve but I've heard it was pretty good. I love the Compound...I havent been in a minute cuz I heard it was closed due to remodeling so I'll have to get back to you on that.
