New HBCU literary journal -- call for submissions

The HBCU Literary Review, published at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, is now taking submissions for its first web issue and yearly anthology. We're looking for poetry, short fiction, creative non-fiction, short plays, and black and white art from students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of HBCUs.
