Definitely! I thought I was the only one who though this. I've been taking cruises regularly for a few years now, and have seen a change. A few years back, the captain's ball was an event people took seriously, and always wore their best to the event. [[I'm talking evening gown best]] Last time I went on one, the people at my table were wearing Hawaiian button ups and sundresses....while I'm in my floor length, almost-prom-dress looking at them like wth...
Times have defintely changed.
