I attended a HBCU at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, but left. I couldn't survive down there. Right now, I am not currently attending a HBCU. I was thinking about attending Howard but my cousin said that it isn't worth it. So, i don't know now.

Why? Even though I didn't attend Howard, I heard it was a great school. Go for a visit and see for yourself. Talk to some of the people there. Go visit the department you want to major in and then make up your own mind.
I just couldn't survive. I'm from New York and down at the Shore was like being in the county. In the middle of nowhere. The school is good academic wise, but I need civilization. Lol
