Hey I'm a female looking at schools in both the SIAC and SWAC for Track and Field. For the SIAC I'm lookin at Albany State and CAU and for the SWAC I'm lookin at Jackson State and Alabama State.
Does anyone got any helpful advice? Like what's good or bad about the schools?
I'm a 1500m Runner and I run Cross Country also.
