Hey I'm a female looking at schools in both the SIAC and SWAC for Track and Field. For the SIAC I'm lookin at Albany State and CAU and possibly Tuskegee and for the SWAC I'm lookin at Jackson State and Alabama State and maybe Texas Southern.
Does anyone got any helpful advice? Like what's good or bad about the schools? Their athletic program? Track program?
I'm a 1500m Runner and I run Cross Country also.
