I came to this site with one intention in mind and that is to say that each and everyone of us are important and necessary! And it is only when we come together in unity that we can do great exploits! I am relatively new to the site but find that there are alot of wonderful resourceful individuals out here with an abunDance of gifts and talents.
I am the founder of JEWELS N AbunDance Outreach - JEWELS is an outreach ministry to Sistahs 10 - 19 years of age. Also it is a network of adult Sistahs. Our purpose is to educate, empower and encourage young ladies and ourselves to be our very best in way of workshops, special programs, group sessions, and fun-filled events. We also have an outreach mime and dance ministry who is available to serve and offer theirt gifts to encourage people through the ministry dance and to glorify our Heavenly Father. Consider us when you have your next event.
Good question! I think that the thing that keeps most black Americans from coming together are the individual themselves. Most black Americans do not trust each other. And it is motivated by any number of reasons. There are actually some black Americans out there who thinks that the reason why you're commenting about why black folks don't get together on anything is because you are trying to make that money. Simply because you mentioned jewelries that you sell. At this very moment as I am commenting and someone is reading your topic, somebody is saying or thinking, "She wants something!" But, you go on and sell your jewelries, girl!
