Howard or Hampton based on major.

So i got accepted into both Howard and Hampton. I wanna major in Business and minor in Political Science, or just major in Political science. Hampton is a little cheaper since they are giving me $6000 scholarship. The question is where should go, and no biased answers please! By the way I am distressed right now trying to figure out where I wanna go.
