I am current in the process of trying to transfer from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, to either Prairie View A&M or Alabama A&M, which has brought me to this site. I do not know much about the University besides what the websites have taught me and I am trying to get the campus feeling from students. Those of you who attend either of these, could you please help me out or anyone who just give me some suggestions on how I can succeed in a HBCU.
I am currently trying to find out how does the faculty and staff make you feel on campus? Is it hard to join organizations and be involved on campus? And overall what is the feel on campus between the student body?
