After reading the article, how can you say you didn't mean to do it? The girl was leaving, you went and got the gun, she was in the car, you went outside after her and pointed the gun at her head... Naaaah! You couldn't have meant to shoot her. You may not have wanted to **** her, but your goal was to shoot her at least. Sad situation.
