I'm going to be new at Howard University this fall and am looking for some insight on the dorms. I heard the annex is the best, next to the Meridian..I believe. Anyone have any thoughts on the annex , im hoping to land this dorm! Also I'm looking for some ppl who will be starting out there howard experience with me, new friends possibly... a roomate?
