VIDEO*HOES vs. ACTUAL*DANCING Posted on 11-04-2003
AfroPoeticSista

I'm sure I am not the only one who was thrilled this summer when people actually started DANCING in their videos. 8) Beyonce, Mya, Lumidee, Sean Paul, Wayne Wonder, ALL had girls(and fine niccas  ) gettin down in their videos. Do yall think this shows a trend toward respect of skillz, or will video hoes(the nondancin 18 year olds willin to shake their T&A) always be here to stay? :?:

They shot the video in Magic City with real strippers, so what you expect? But on a side note...I love that video 8).

i really love that. Beyonce has really stepped it up as far as the dancin in videos and sean paul and everyone else. I love that. It has introduced a variety of dances that show that there is more things to a rap video than hoes "throwin" it everywhere. Not saying that there is anything wrong with a lot of it but.. it is really degrading to people. Now you have to have some technique to get in a video..

I hope it continues because as the years go on the younger kids are being exposed to so much more and the little girls and boys watching these videos are getting used to it. the girls don't want to be doctors or lawyers anymore they want to be videogirls and the boys want to be pimps and they are bringing down our society and culture

I think a good video willhave people with actual skills. Basically, stuff that is difficult to imitate. I love seeing fine **** women **** it on a video. I almost fianted when I saw Sean Paul's "Just Gimme the Light" video. :o Iget sick of seeing soooo much **** in today's videos. It just becomes old after a while. :?
