While women's participation continues to lag in many STEM fields -- particularly in engineering and computer science where women in the US earn only 18% and 12% of undergraduate degrees respectively -- there are several universities that are bucking this trend. In their new "Top STEMinist Colleges" ranking, Her Campus highlighted ten American colleges that are committed to closing the gender gap in STEM.
