I have always wondered who throws the best parties. And not even necessarily just frats & sorors' but between males and females period... who throws the best parties, dem frat boys, or them sorority chicks?? :lol:
:? Our parties are a little bit more organized than what yall have.Whether they are better are not...well I dont care.I'm trying not to generalize but my comment is based on what I have experienced.
WHEN I WAS IN COLLEGE, THE FRATS THREW THE BEST PARTIES. ESPECIALLY THE ALPHAS, THERE PARTIES USED TO BE THE BEST.
THE QUE PARTIES USED TO BE FREAK FESTS.
KAPPA PARTIES: THEY DIDN'T WANNA SWEAT TOO MUCH, SO THEY WOULD HAVE CLASSY PARTIES WHERE U HAD TO COME CASUAL OR DRESSED UP.
SIGMA PARTIES: THEY USED TO BE OFF THE CHAIN DURING MY FRESHMAN YEAR, THEN THEY KINDA WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE.
The Alphas have a nice cabaret every year. Last year the Theme was "We Got Room Keys"....and they did. You had the option of staying at the hotel that night ...they had discounted hotel rooms where they held the cab.
Ques have Pajama Parties and Toga Parties at Norfolk State they hav the Shorty Short (bathing suits....smedium shorts...Nuff Said :lol:
On the Female Side...the Deltas had a Cabaret freshman year...everybody went...but some out of control fights broke out and everybody got kicked out of the hotel\
Those are the only notable parties...well actually only greek sponsored parties.
Where i am from the frats parties had the better turn out, maybe because the females didnt throw that many so when they did nobody really knew about them or how they party are like. but after two or three hours the football team always came in and and started jumping around and causing conflict and the party would be shut down within ten mins. sad aint it :evil: :cry:
Unless your Greek, an interest or a groupie...frat and sorority parties are pointless to go to!
How am I gonna get my groove on and your setting out a hop and your boots, canes, bats..etc are 2 inches from my face!
I like house parties and clubs that are not that packed...but thats just me
^^^ I guess that's how things go in the ATL. I mean at our frat or sorority parties (Hampton University) yeah they hop, stroll, or what have you to certain songs but the parties are usually full with alot of non-greek males and females ready to have a good time so towards the middle to the end of the night you really don't see that many party walks. I guess it depends on how crunk the party is.
Now if you go to a party right after a probate its pretty much curtains for some spots in the party because it seems like they're going all night...which is understandable. Just pick a new spot and keep the party goin.
