Awardees can receive a scholarship of up to $17,500 (tuition, room, and board) for four years to attend Wiley University and support their social good projects....To become a Heman Sweatt Scholar, applicants must have applied to Wiley University, have a 3.75 g.p.a., and complete a one-page essay about their interest in social issues and leading change.
