it really depends on what classes you take.
i know that your freshman year they arent going to be that hard, but sophomore year is ****.
school of B is no joke, so if you plan on majoring in anything business, then be prepared to work a lot and work very hard.
I'm a freshman, so Im not too deep into all that Howard has to offer. Some of my classes are boring (thats inevitable with ANY school you go to), a couple others are really interesting, but I have this one class Im absolutely in love with, its everything I hoped to find at Howard (its an upperclassman course)....
If you pick thought-provoking classes, you're going to get challenging course-work, if you pick easy classes...then you're gonna get bored....
I don't know if that is what you're looking for....
im a sophmore at the lovely and infamous Howard University (and i am on scholarship) so if u have any questions hit me up at kenyaeyez@aol.com i wasjust as passionate about hu as u r prettypoet8804 that brings back memories (sighs). so just feel free to hit me up on the Instant message or e mail and ill do what ever i can.

It's actually no. 90 in American univiersities. Schools is a big misappropriation because they weren't ranked with liberal arts colleges
,
ranked #90 among ALL DOCTORAL AND RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES...universities such as Harvard and Stanford
not amongst all Universities such as Liberal arts Universities or Master Degree Universities such as Hampton
