Wow...it's weird that you would post this. I learned about this myself from Howard students. It's been around for a while and I know Uppity Negro got alot of support from DC, but I live in Atlanta and had never heard about it until someone posted it on the boards.

She came to XU either this year or last year, I don't remember...My homegirl got a T-Shirt and bag and yeah, those jokaz are DEFINITELY conversation starters.

my mom went back to the Black Arts Festival on tues. but the lady was gone for the day....i go to and mostly white school and they wear those rebel flags shirts....i want to let them know that we got heritage too! again i say PUH-LEEZE support her...if you are in the ATL area now go to Underground for the National Black Arts Festival it's here until the 25th...support her and the other black vendors!
